We are seeking a Business development Manager for a leading Skincare distributor covering the Scotland and the North East region. The role will be covering the whole of Scotland, Newcastle, Sunderland, Darlington, Hartlepool and Carlisle.
You will be responsible for the growth of the skincare brands and the retail performance of the existing customers. As Business Development Manager for this region, you will also be responsible for several key accounts and also for increasing our market share of the Spa, Salon and Clinical market by securing new business and empowering and developing our businesses.
Review and work closely with your accounts to create a business strategies for maximising business performance and overall management of region on an ongoing basis.
Experience and skills:
You will have extensive experience in managing and developing a region to deliver commercial success, with at least 2 years field sales experience. Your understanding of the Beauty/Aesthetic market and industry dynamics will be second to none. As an experienced Business Development Manager you will have first class interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships internally as well as with our business partners. In order for you to carry out demonstrations with our brands we do require a level 3 Aesthetic/Beauty qualification .
